Abstract:Speakers Roberto Sarmiento and Rachel Cole share exhibits they created for the Northwestern University Transportation Library (NUTL). Exhibits are not only expected but are a way to promote collections and drive traffic to the physical library and its website. Developing exhibits can be a way to try new technology, develop an idea, honor donors, and support the library and transportation center. Sarmiento and Cole share examples of NUTL exhibits and provide tips on planning fun ways to engage patrons.
