PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP, COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OPERATIONS OR CVO
THE IH 90/94 ITS INTERCITY CORRIDOR STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT PLAN IS AN APPROACH FOR IMPLEMENTING INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS (ITS) IN THE IH 90/94 CORRIDORS THAT TRAVERSE THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. DEPLOYMENT OF ITS IN THE IH 90/94 CORRIDORS IS EXPECTED TO IMPROVE THE MOBILITY, EFFICIENCY, PRODUCTIVITY AND SAFETY OF TRAVELERS WITHIN THE IH 90/94 CORRIDORS. THE PLAN INCLUDES SPECIFIC PROJECTS ALONG WITH ESTIMATED COSTS AND STAFFING NEEDS AND ENCOMPASSES A 20-YEAR PLANNING HORIZON WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE FIRST FIVE YEARS.
